Disability Friendly Businesses

The National Certification and Training Center (NCTC) provides the Disability Friendly Business Certification Program©, publications and training materials, and community-wide and in-house training to employers on diversifying their workforces to include employees and marketing to customers with disabilities.

NCTC provides your organization with the tools you need to ensure your organization is “Disability Friendly.” “Disability Friendly businesses benefit by tapping employees and customers with disabilities.

  • FACT: There are more than 36 million Americans with disabilities and nearly 19 million Americans of working age (U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey 2008)
